EPMA looks to map Powder Metallurgy R&D activities across Europe
February 10, 2017
The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA), with assistance from its PM RADNET (Academic Network) working group, has reported that it has embarked on a Europe-wide mapping exercise of Powder Metallurgy research and development centres. The EPMA PM R&D Centres Mapping Project is aimed at highlighting the number of R&D centres in Europe that are working on various PM related activities.
“This is a great opportunity for EPMA Members who are active in the fields of Research & Development to highlight what aspects of PM they are active in,” stated Dr Olivier Coube EPMA Technical Director & coordinator of the EPMA’s RADNET Working Group. “The data collected will make it easier for potential users of Powder Metallurgy to discuss future research programmes and projects, using the easy-to-use map based interface.”
