V&A Capital acquires SinterMet

V&A Capital, a private equity company based in New York City, New York, USA, has acquired SinterMet LLC, Kittanning, Pennsylvania, USA. SinterMet specialises in the engineering and manufacturing of high-performance tungsten carbide, Powder Metallurgy tool steel and other advanced material rolls for use in steel rod and bar mills. The company serves customers worldwide.
