Sintering 2014 conference programme published

The preliminary Technical Programme for the International Conference on Sintering 2014, to be held in Dresden, Germany, August 24-28 has now been published.
The programme features more than 230 oral and poster presentations covering the latest developments in the
field of sintering. Advances in sintering theory, modelling and the sintering of all classes of powder materials from experimental to industrial scale are covered.
The topics listed are in the areas:

- Multi-Material Systems
- Microstructure and Properties
- Novel Sintering Processes
- Sintering of Nano-structured Materials

- Chemical Interactions during Sintering

Sintering 2014 will continue the series of sintering conferences which have previously been held in Pennsylvania, USA (1995, 1999, 2003), Grenoble, France (2005), California, USA (2008) and last time in Jeju, Korea (2011).
