Sintering is a key part of the PM process. It is during this step that the consolidated powder compact acquires the strength needed to fulfil its intended use as an engineering product. “The course will be particularly beneficial to technical and managerial personnel in the PM industry and also useful to academics and researchers who wish to gain an overview of trends in sintering technology,” stated Joan Hallward, EPMA’s Course Coordinator.

The participation fee for the 2 day course is €495 for EPMA members, €595 for non-members and €396 for academics or students. For further information and to register for the PM Sintering Short Course visit: www.epma.com/shortcourse
