MPIF to host ‘Thriving Out of Crisis’ webinar in September

August 14, 2020

The Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) will host a webinar titled ‘Thriving Out of Crisis’ on September 16, 2020, at 11:00 AM EDT. Presented by Shawn Rhodes of Shoshin Consulting, the webinar is a special event aimed at MPIF and APMI International members.

The MPIF explains that as COVID-19 and its effects rock the industry’s performance capabilities, productivity, profitability and labour pool, the metal powder industry finds itself in unprecedented times.

Thus, the MPIF has asked Rhodes, who specialises in assisting companies to accelerate their performance, to specifically offer what the highest performing teams can share with MPIF and APMI International members in order to flourish instead of simply endure in these uncertain times.

During the webinar, Rhodes will discuss the following topics:

  • Recapturing lost profitability in our companies
  • Planning for an uncertain workforce composition while not sacrificing performance
  • Mapping contingency and continuity plans so we can weather the storm of COVID-19

The registration deadline is September 15, at 11:00 AM EDT.

Further information is available via the company website.
