Michael Hummelbrunner announced as new CFO of Miba AG

Miba AG, headquartered in Laakirchen, Austria, has announced that Michael Hummelbrunner has been appointed as the company’s new CFO. Hummelbrunner joined the company at the start of Miba’s 2024/25 financial year, on February 1, 2024.

Before moving to Miba, Hummelbrunner was CFO of the Schwarzmüller Group, one of the leading European producers of commercial vehicle trailers with 2,300 employees in 12 countries. Before that, he worked for Magna and MAN Truck & Bus for a total of 15 years in top management positions in the areas of finance and controlling in Europe and Asia.

Hummelbrunner studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and completed numerous additional training courses, including at the Management School St. Gallen and at several institutions in the USA.
