International Porous and Powder Materials Symposium and Exhibition Technical Programme announced

The Technical Programme for the International Porous and Powder Materials Symposium and Exhibition, PPM 2013, to be held in Izmir, Turkey, from September 3-6, 2013, is now available to view on the event website.

The organisers anticipate the symposium to be one of the largest gatherings of its kind and expect it to attract more than 800 people from academia, research organisations and industry. The event will also include an exhibition for displaying products, characterisation and production equipment.

Around 30 separate sessions will be held during the symposium, with presentations focussing on the fundamental aspects of characterisation, manipulation, production and usage of porous and powder materials widely used in construction, sound and heat insulation, coating, ceramics, filling, packaging, storage, waste treatment, metallurgy, textile, pharmaceuticals, hygiene, defence, aerospace and other applications.
