These powders are specifically designed for thermal spray applications and are engineered to create dense, hard coatings with outstanding wear and corrosion resistance.
The WallCarb HVOF Carbide Powders feature a spherical, spray-dried, and sintered design, which is said to ensure high deposit efficiency and consistent application parameters. As a result, they produce a smooth coating with minimal porosity, reducing the need for extensive finishing and grinding, and ultimately improving overall process efficiency.
