union_process_spanish_monitWith a growing international customer base, Union Process, Inc. has responded to increased interest in its products from non-English speaking countries with a new Spanish version of their website.

Headquartered in Akron, USA, Union Process, Inc. is a manufacturer of particle size reduction and dispersing equipment, as well as related services for a broad range of research and industrial applications.

Emery Li, Sales Manager for the company, explained the strategy. “As a global company, we recognised the need to offer a Spanish language site to our Spanish speaking customers and those more comfortable navigating our site in Spanish. With customers in Mexico, South and Central America, and Spain, it made sense to make this move now.”

“With a manufacturing facility in China, we already had a Chinese website so this was the next logical step for us. As the need arises, we will consider adding additional languages on our website to better meet the needs of our global customers” Li added.

Union Process is the inventor and developer of Attritor technology and manufactures wet and dry grinding mills as well as small media mills for the Powder Metallurgy and other industries.

The website includes up-to-date information and specifications on all Union Process equipment including Attritors and small media mills as well as information on the company’s other products and services including grinding media, particle size analysis, toll milling and other lab testing services.
