Tim Warning announced as new president and CEO of Cincinnati

Cincinnati Incorporated (CI), Harrison, Ohio, USA, appointed Timothy L Warning as the company’s new president and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 30, 2020. Warning has also been elected to the CI Board of Directors.

The company states that Warning has consistently demonstrated the ability to build highly-skilled and innovative teams in order to advance growth and profitability for the companies he has served. The majority of his career has involved growing businesses for Occidental Chemical Corporation, a position he held for twenty years, and at various Dover Corporation companies where he spent sixteen years.

“It is both an honour and a privilege to lead a great Cincinnati company with such a rich history,” stated Warning. “CI’s reputation for high-quality and long-lasting, durable machines is widely known throughout the industry, as is their commitment to the wellbeing of their employees.”
