Stage set in Vienna for the Metal Additive Manufacturing Conference 2014

November 4, 2014

The Metal Additive Manufacturing Conference 2014 takes place in Vienna, Austria, from November 20 -21, 2014. Organised by ASMET, the Austrian Society for Metallurgy and Materials, the Metal Additive Manufacturing Conference is the first event in Austria that will focus exclusively on the processing of metallic materials by Additive Manufacturing.

Over two days contributors from around the world representing both business and academia will present an in-depth analysis of this dynamic industry. Companies scheduled to speak include MTU Aero Engines, Avio Aero, voestalpine Edelstahl GmbH, Carpenter Powder Technology, 3D Systems and Concept Laser GmbH as well as experts from numerous research centres and universities.

The organisers now invite participants to discover the opportunities that this new technology really represents for industrial production and the growth potential it offers. The full conference programme can be downloaded as a PDF here.
