A series of major events being held at the UK’s National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, 27-29 September, is set to turn the spotlight on the micro manufacturing and additive manufacturing sectors.

Held in parallel with Interplas 2011, MMLive will cover all aspects of micro part production, including micro Powder Injection Moulding (MicroPIM).

TCT Live will, at the same venue, focus on the latest developments in additive manufacturing and 3D printing.

Duncan Wood, Managing Director at Rapid News Communications Group’s Events Division, stated that “exhibits cover the full spectrum of Micro, Nano and MEMS manufacturing techniques so it is the ideal forum to learn about everything to do with the mass manufacture of small, micro or nano precision parts.”

“Whether a company can make parts to order or supply the machinery to mill, cut, etch, fabricate, mould or measure, you will find them within the exhibition hall. Service providers are also on hand to demonstrate the most effective ways of utilising the technologies available.”

In addition to featuring trade exhibits, the MM Live UK Micro Manufacturing Conference features numerous high-quality presentations from across the globe. For 2011, technology experts and commentators from the UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Spain, France and Sweden are featured in the line up.
