Registration has opened for the the European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA)’s Euro PM2023 Congress & Exhibition. This year, the event will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, close to the river Tagus and cultural centre of Belém, from October 1-4.

Euro PM2023 will be an essential destination for the European and international Powder Metallurgy community to meet and discuss the latest innovations from both academia and industry. The event will feature an extensive technical programme as well as a 3,000 m2 exhibition, showcasing suppliers, producers, and end-users from the global PM supply chain. A number of social events, such as the welcome reception and gala dinner, will offer ideal networking opportunities for all attendees.

“Euro PM2023 offers a unique opportunity to share the latest trends in Powder Metallurgy,” stated Ralf Carlström, EPMA President. “The extensive technical programme provides you access to the latest results in key Powder Metallurgy areas and the exhibition showcases the latest developments from the global PM supply chain. On top of this, Euro PM2023 offers a lot of networking opportunities.”

Euro PM2023 is an all-topic conference and will cover the following aspects of Powder Metallurgy:

  • Consolidation technologies (compaction and sintering, MIM, HIP, FAST, beam- and sinter-based Additive Manufacturing)
  • Materials (ferrous & non ferrous materials, light materials, high-temperature materials, functional materials, hard metals, cermets and diamond tools)

  • Tools for improving PM (test and evaluation, secondary operations, design and modelling, Life Cycle Analysis, digitisation)
