PowderMet 2013 Chicago: Call for Papers

A Call for Papers & Posters has been issued for the “2013 International Conference on Powder Metallurgy & Particulate Materials”, June 24–27, Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Organised and sponsored by the Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) in cooperation with APMI International, the event will include a comprehensive technical programme, poster programme, exhibition and special interest seminars.
All abstracts are subject to review by the Technical Programme Committee and must be received by 26 October, 2012.
Howard I. Sanderow Outstanding Technical Paper Award
To recognise authors of manuscripts for excellence in scientific and technical written communications the MPIF has established the “Howard I. Sanderow Outstanding Technical Paper Award.” Eligibility for the award is open to authors of manuscripts of original and unpublished work that are submitted and presented for publication in the proceedings of the conference.
Excellence in Metallography Award
APMI International will also present an “Excellence in Metallography Award” to recognise the individual(s) responsible for metallography used to support and provide evidence for the ideas set forth in a conference technical paper.
