Pometon announces new Chairman and CEO

Italian metal powder producer Pometon S.p.A, headquartered in Maerne, near Venice, Italy, has announced that Massimiliano Puddu di Sant’Andrea has been appointed as the company’s Chairman and CEO (Amministratore Delegato), succeeding Alessandro Pasetti.
Massimiliano Puddu di Sant’Andrea joins Pometon with experience of Managing Director in financial companies and investment funds in Dubai and New York in addition to his role of Owner and General Manager at J-Company, focusing in M&A and investment consulting as well as financial and HR turnaround.
“I am very excited to join this very motivated team and contribute to boost its potential in the international market, either through business expansion, JVs, and new challenging investments,” stated Puddu.
Pometon produces a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal powders including iron, copper, bronze and stainless steels. Key manufacturing technologies include water and gas atomisation as well as electrolytic copper powder production.
