PM Summer School heading to Dresden for 2011

The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has announced that their 2011 Powder Metallurgy Summer School will take place in Dresden, Germany, from 27th June until 1st July. The five day course, hosted by Professor Bernd Kieback of Dresden University, will take place at the Fraunhofer Institut IFAM.

The EPMA Summer School is specifically designed for young graduate designers, engineers and scientists drawn from a wide range of disciplines such as materials science, design, engineering, manufacturing or metallurgy. The course will offer participants an advanced introduction to Powder Metallurgy’s advantages and limitations by some of the leading academic and industrial figures.
