Petereit appointed new Managing Director of Retech Systems

Retech Systems LLC based in Ukiah, California, USA, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Seco/Warwick, has announced that Eric Petereit has been appointed as Retech’s Managing Director. It was also announced that Jim Goltz will be stepping down after 12 years as the President of Retech Systems.

Petereit has been employed at Retech since September of 2007. He began as a Program Manager and later held the position of Director of Operations, where he was responsible for engineering and design, program management, purchasing, fabrication and assembly, as well as shipping.

Goltz will continue to support the organisation as Senior Advisor at Retech and will likewise continue his involvement as the member of Seco/Warwick Group’s Supervisory Board.

Retech is a leading provider of vacuum melting systems for a range of demanding industries. The company’s advanced technologies have been applied to melting, refining, casting and atomising reactive and refractory metals, such as titanium and its alloys, super alloys and rare earth metals.
