MPIF Robotics & Automation in Powder Metallurgy seminar set for December

The Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) will host a seminar on Robotics & Automation in Powder Metallurgy, December 11-12, 2018, at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, State College, Pennsylvania, USA. The two-day seminar aims to educate attendees on ways to eliminate waste, improve quality and productivity, and streamline labour usage in their Powder Metallurgy plants.
Topics covered by the technical sessions will range from a general overview of robotics in manufacturing, to more focused discussions on areas such as vibratory feeding, vision guided robotics and cobots. The programme is set to include talks from a number of robotics and PM experts, from companies including Productive Robotics, Schunk, Roboshop and Gasbarre Products.
