Jan-Peter Derrer named Head of Sales at Fehrmann Alloys

Fehrmann Alloys GmbH & Co KG, Hamburg, Germany, has appointed Jan-Peter Derrer as Head of Sales. Derrer has over twelve years of experience with Additive Manufacturing machine makers, having begun his career at SLM Solutions, Lübeck, Germany.
He then spent several years at British manufacturer Renishaw and, most recently, held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Chinese OEM, Farsoon Europe. He now brings his experience to the sale of high-performance materials at Fehrmann Alloys.
“I consider material diversity to be the key to the broader, industrial application of 3D printing,” stated Derrer.
In his new position, he will be present at Formnext 2021, introducing the six new alloys from Fehrmann Alloys to the market. Meet Derrer at Formnext, Hall 12, C121.
