The International Titanium Association (ITA), based in Denver, USA, has issued a ‘Final Call for Papers’ for authors wishing to submit a paper for inclusion in the TITANIUM 2012 conference.

TITANIUM 2012 is the 28th annual conference and exhibition organised by the ITA, and will be held in Atlanta, USA, 7-10 October, 2012.

Interested presenters (both ITA members and non-members are invited) may submit abstracts by e-mail ([email protected]) for consideration by the conference planning committee. The deadline to submit papers is 1 May, 2012.

TITANIUM 2012 is designed to suit the needs of titanium industry professionals, suppliers, customers and stakeholders. The gathering offers a full spectrum of information on the latest business, technology and market trends and developments in the global titanium industry. It provides a forum for expert panel discussions, workshops, leading keynote speakers and networking opportunities.

Conference attendees typically hold executive positions in areas such as management, sales and marketing, product development, production, engineering and design, purchasing and quality control. Last year TITANIUM 2011, held in San Diego, drew a record attendance of 1,168 guests from 28 countries.
