Indutherm, based in Walzbachtal, Germany, will be demonstrating its latest AU1000 gas atomiser during an open day at the company’s headquarters, July 16-17, 2015. The newly developed atomiser is claimed to be particularly suited to the economic, fast and flexible production of comparably small powder batches.

The new atomiser is the result of intensive R&D and engineering efforts, carried out in close cooperation with the University of Bremen and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economics and Technology.

The presentation will include an overview the AU1000 system, its basic functionalities and components. Ongoing and future research and development will be discussed followed by a live demonstration of gas atomisation.
