Inductotherm Group appoints new leadership team to drive global innovation in thermal processing

Inductotherm Group, headquartered in Rancocas, New Jersey, USA, has announced the appointment of Mick Nallen and Satyen Prabhu as Co-Leaders, effective July 1, 2024. This strategic move was said to be part of the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering innovative leadership and ensuring its continued success.

As Co-Leaders, Nallen and Prabhu will work closely to develop and implement strategies that enhance its product offerings, expand its global teams’ local presence, and reinforce its commitment to excellence in the thermal processing industry. Their leadership looks to ensure that Inductotherm Group continues to thrive and evolve in a rapidly changing market.

Mick Nallen, with 32 years at Inductotherm Group, has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth in North America and the Asia Pacific region. “The fundamentals of our organisation still hold true today. We are entrepreneurial at heart. We are responsive. But, most important, we are customer‐driven,” Nallen commented.

Satyen Prabhu, who has been with Inductotherm Group for 37 years, brings vast experience in fostering the exchange of best practices and induction technologies across Group companies, significantly bolstering its global organisational strength. “To effectively serve our customers, Inductotherm Group maintains a global yet locally responsive presence, leveraging manufacturing facilities in multiple countries alongside local sales and service teams to deliver swift and reliable support,” Prabhu added.
