Horsehead Corporation’s metal powder facility based in Palmerton, PA, USA, has announced the recent attainment of its ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 certifications.
Paul Wagar, General Manager Metal Powder Sales, stated “Horsehead’s commitment to the PM Industry doesn’t stop there. Shortly, Horsehead will be bringing on-line their new pilot atomizer with capabilities of making 25 to 50 lb samples of various nonferrous type alloys. This pilot atomizer should allow for new product development, R&D experiments, and provide our customers with the opportunity to quote new business”.
