The Fachverband Pulvermetallurgie (FPM) has published the technical programme for the 33rd Hagen Symposium scheduled to take place at the Hagen Town Hall, Germany, from November 27-28, 2014.

The German language event will focus on “New horizons for Powder Metallurgy” and includes presentations on product developments, materials and processes. Around 60 organisations from industry and research are expected to take part in the exhibition which will run alongside the symposium.

The Hagen Symposium will include the presentation of the 2014 Skaupy Prize to Prof Dr-Ing Detlev Stoever, Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany. Prof Stoever will present a keynote paper looking at the use of Powder Metallurgy in advanced technologies.
