H Intressenter proposes changes to Höganäs’ Board members

With over 90% of the shares and votes in Höganäs AB, H Intressenter has announced it will propose changes to Höganäs’ board members at the company’s extraordinary general meeting scheduled for October 28, 2013.

In a statement issued by H Intressenter, the proposal would see re-election of Alrik Danielson, Peter Gossas, Jenny Lindén Urnes and Erik Urnes, and election of Staffan Bohman, Kurt Jofs, Kristian Sildeby and Lars Wedenborn as board members and election of Staffan Bohman as Chairman of the Board. H Intressenter propose these changes run until the next annual general meeting.

H Intressenter’s proposal entails that the Board of Directors will consist of eight board members elected by the general meeting.
