GTP receives Kennametal supplier of the year award

Global Tungsten & Powders (GTP), a supplier of tungsten and molybdenum powders, semi-finished parts and SOFC components headquartered in Towanda, Pennsylvania, USA, has been presented with Kennametal’s 2018 Supplier Award.
The award was presented at Kennametal’s first Annual Strategic Supplier Symposium, which took place in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, July 31, 2018. Receiving the award on behalf of GTP, Hermann Walser, GTP’s CEO, thanked Chris Rossi, CEO of Kennametal and Amy Herron, Director Global Metallurgical Sourcing at Kennametal for the successful partnership.
Walser emphasised the commitment of GTP’s employees, the excellent work and the flexibility that contributed to receiving the award. Kennametal is one of the largest customers of GTP. “We have a long standing relationship of more than 25 years with Kennametal and look forward to many more years to come,” stated the company.
