Freeman and Surface Measurement Systems to hold powder characterisation workshop in London

Freeman Technology, Tewkesbury, UK, and Surface Measurement Systems, London, UK, will hold a joint workshop on powder characterisation at Imperial College London, UK, May 18, 2017. The free one-day event will introduce attendees to powder rheology and surface energy measurements.

The workshop programme will include presentations by Jamie Clayton, Freeman’s Operations Director and Dr Daryl Williams, Surface Measurement Systems Founder. Clayton will provide an introduction to understanding powder flow and powder behaviour, while Williams will discuss the surface energy of powders and powder performance.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from Jordan Cheyne, Manager of the Materials Characteristics Team at Pfizer Sandwich and Ian Davidson, Manager of Physical Properties at Vectura.
