Free seminar focusing on Powder Injection Moulding to take place in Portugal

CTCV’s PIM Lab in Coimbra, Portugal

 

The Iberian Powder Injection Moulding Seminar is scheduled to take place on March 30, 2017, in Coimbra, Portugal. The free to attend event is being organised to promote PIM technology and motivate new business in Portugal and Spain.

Industry experts from leading companies including Arburg, Elnik Systems, Inmatec Technologies and PolyMIM will explain the main process steps, equipment and materials as well as discussing typical applications and new developments in the field.

The seminar is targeted at those from a wide range of manufacturing backgrounds such as ceramic and metal products fabricators, plastic injection moulders, tooling makers and metal casting companies, etc. Individual and academic participants, as well as potential investors are also encouraged to attend.

The Iberian Powder Injection Moulding Seminar is organised by Portugal’s Centro Tecnológico da Cerâmica e do Vidro (CTCV) in Coimbra. Following the presentations there will be a guided tour of the centre’s PIM laboratory.
