Federal-Mogul Motorparts announces leadership changes

Federal-Mogul Motorparts, Southfield, Michigan, USA, has announced the appointment of Bryon Osterland and Craig Frohok as Vice Presidents of the company’s Global Chassis segment and Global Sealing, Engine and Underhood Service segments, respectively. Both Osterland and Frohock will report directly to Brad Norton, CEO of Federal-Mogul Motorparts and Co-CEO of Federal-Mogul LLC.
Osterland began his career with Federal-Mogul in 2002 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility including as Director of Purchasing and Supply Chain, Engine Hard Parts; Director of Purchasing and Global Aftermarket; Director of Business Development at Global Chassis; and General Manager of Global Steering and Suspension. Most recently, he was appointed General Manager, Chassis Americas. Osterland holds a Bachelor’s degree in business and a Master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, USA.
“Bryon joined Federal-Mogul as an intern, and, over the last 15 years, has consistently demonstrated his value and commitment to the company,” stated Brad Norton. “He has dedicated his career to making sure Federal-Mogul Motorparts sets the industry standard when it comes to chassis.”
Frohock joins Federal-Mogul Motorparts from Meritor, where he was employed from 1997-2017. While with Meritor he held varied positions of responsibility including Director of Braking Systems; General Manager of Global Trailer; Vice President of Aftermarket And Trailer, North America; and Vice President of Aftermarket, North America, where he was responsible for Meritor’s aftermarket business in the commercial vehicle truck, trailer, specialty and bus, defence and independent markets. Frohock holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s degree in business administration from Oakland University, Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA.
“Craig brings a multitude of experience and a great deal of knowledge to this position, especially as it pertains to the commercial vehicle market,” commented Norton. “I look forward to working with him as he assumes this new role within the Motorparts organisation.”
