EPMA sets the date for its Hot Isostatic Pressing Seminar 2018

The EPMA’s two-day HIP seminar will run in Västerås, Sweden

The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has announced the dates of its next Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) Seminar. The two-day seminar will run in Västerås, Sweden, on February 6-7, 2018.

Primarily concerned with the topic of Design for HIP, the seminar will have two main focuses: how companies can use HIP – covering topics such as HIP modelling and high-temperature alloys – and HIP in Additive Manufacturing. A series of case studies will be presented featuring companies that are already successfully using HIP.

Registration for the seminar will close on January 10, 2018. The course fee includes two nights of hotel accommodation (February 5-6), coffee breaks, lunches and a dinner (February 6) for all course participants. The seminar also includes an optional site visit.
