The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has issued a call for speakers for its ‘Use of Powder Metallurgy Technologies in Aerospace’ seminar, which will take place May 20-21, 2025, in Sandviken, Sweden.

Presentations and case studies, coming from both industry and academia, are requested to cover advanced materials and emerging technologies in metal powder-based processes, including metal Additive Manufacturing, Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and Hard Materials. The focus should be on how these function within the aerospace sector.

The seminar will also feature lab tours and site visits organised together with Sandvik Additive.
