Date set for EPMA Annual Meeting and General Assembly

The European Powder Metallurgy Association’s General Assembly and Annual Meeting will be held in Munich, Germany, from 2-3 May at the Eurostar’s Grand Central Hotel.

The city of Munich will host the 2013 EPMA

General Assembly

Board and Council meetings are scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday 2 May, followed by EPMA’s Annual Dinner. The EPMA General Assembly, open to both members and non-members, will take place on the following morning and will include a keynote presentation to be announced.

EPMA elections

During the meeting a new Council, Executive Board and President will be elected for a new three-year term (2013-2016). Current EPMA President Ingo Cremer (Cremer Thermoprozessanlagen GmbH), who has served the maximum of two terms, will step down.

The event will conclude with a meeting of the European Structural Parts Group (ESPG) on the Friday afternoon.
