Conference on FAST/SPS to take place in October

July 13, 2021

The 1st Conference on FAST/SPS: From Research to Industry, scheduled to take place October 25–26, 2021, will run virtually and in-person in Poznań, Poland. Participation in the event is free of charge.

The event’s aim is to integrate the work of the international research community and industry on field assisted sintering (FAST)/spark plasma sintering (SPS). During the conference, progress in materials research and sintering technology development will be presented, and the participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and views.

This conference is a continuation of the National Workshops on Spark Plasma Sintering, which have taken place annually in Poland (and virtually, in 2020) since 2018. Each edition saw growing interest in the Polish and worldwide FAST/SPS community.

The registration and abstract submission deadline is September 19, 2021. Further information is available via the event website.
