U.S. Metal Powders, Inc. (USMP), the parent company of Poudres Hermillon SARL, has announced that Colin DeVille has joined Poudres Hermillon as General Manager, in Hermillon, France, effective September 1, 2015.

USMP is a global leader in the production of aluminium powders with two aluminium powder production facilities, Ampal in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, USA, and Poudres Hermillon in France.

“We are extremely proud and privileged to have Colin head up Poudres Hermillon SARL, and we welcome him to our organisation,” stated Clive Ramsey, President & CEO of USMP. “Colin brings a wealth of industrial experience and will be a great asset to our executive management team.”

“At the helm of Poudres, Colin will be guiding the French company in both its conventional nodular and spherical aluminium and aluminium alloy powders and its ultra-fine powders specifically designed for advanced production processes including Metal Injection Moulding, 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing,” added Ramsey.

Prior to joining Poudres Hermillon in France, DeVille was with AMG Alpoco, UK Limited, where he spent eleven years gaining a broad knowledge of the global aluminium powder business.
