Carpenter Technology releases 2021 Sustainability Report

Carpenter Technology Corporation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, has released its inaugural Sustainability Report, highlighting the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Program.

The report showcases Carpenter Technology’s sustainability efforts, including its environmental stewardship, the ways in which it protects the health and safety of its employees, and how it engages with employees and local communities.

The report was prepared in accordance with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) disclosure framework, which emphasises transparency by establishing benchmark environmental data and metrics.

“The foundation of our ESG Program is built upon our corporate culture,” stated Tony R Thene, president and CEO of Carpenter Technology. “We leverage our talent and technology to deliver creative solutions for our customers, and we use this same approach in our sustainability efforts.”
