ASCO Sintering Co., Commerce, California, USA, has announced that Curt Watenpaugh has joined the company in the role of Engineering Manager.

Having a Masters in Engineering from Ohio University, USA, Watenpaugh has been both a designer and end user of PM parts, with work experience that includes the consumer markets of irrigation as well as corded and cordless industrial tools. Watenpaugh began his career as a tool design engineer for Boeing Aircraft Company in Renton Washington before moving to Stanley Black and Decker.

“Curt can see it from the customer’s perspective because he has actually been there. This background gives him a very strong foundation to lead the new product development activities of our company,” stated Neil Moore, President/CEO of ASCO Sintering.
