The 2024 World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo (WBE), scheduled to take place August 8-10 is set to occupy a total of thirteen exhibition halls at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China. Covering some 165,000 m2, the event is expected to bring together over 2,000 exhibitors with around 200,000 visitors.

Organised by Guangzhou Honest Exhibition Co., Ltd, last year’s event attracted a total of 137,500 visitors, including overseas buyers from over fifty countries and regions covering North America, Asia, Europe, South America, and Africa.

2023 marked the introduction of a two-day factory tour programme, which the organisers stated was a highlight of the event. This tour will return in 2024, giving overseas buyers a first-hand, in-depth look at China’s leading battery and battery equipment manufacturers.

As well as the tour, events and activities include:

  • 2024 China Battery Industry (Guangzhou) Summit
  • 2024 China Energy Storage Industry Ecology Conference
  • 2024 World Hydrogen Energy Industry Conference

Exhibitors will include organisations from the battery and energy sector specialising in charging products, raw materials, testing equipment, recycling, international logistics, and hydrogen energy.
