Combining HIP and heat treat into a single, integrated, process offers end-users an elegant way to streamline their supply chain while also decreasing shipping and handling, decreasing energy consumption and improving the delivery time for metal parts that require both HIP and heat treatment. The PM-16 International Conference & Exhibition on Powder Metallurgy and Particulate Materials and the 42nd Annual Technical Meeting of PMAI, organised by the Powder Metallurgy Association of India (PMAI), took place at the Hyatt Regency in Pune, India, from February 18 – 20, 2016.
